Sony Ericsson W910 Cell Phone

After the new K and Z, let’s check out what Sony Ericsson’s propose for music lover under its Walkman series line-up. Fortunately, it’s not disappointed at all. Named “W910″, the cell phone sports “Shake”, an easy way to control the games or the music by simply shaking the device; “SensMe”, to play music that match your current mood and tempo; and the new Media Manager that makes browsing and managing the whole media (video, photos, music) inside the phone (and memory card) even easier than before. PlayNow 4.0, the latest version of PlayNow mobile download service, is supported as well. This service lets users access thousand of games, mastertones, and music. Users can then preview the content and buy them if they like it. The content will be instantly send to the phone thereafter.

A little deeper to the “Shake” technology, you will be able to skip music forward or backward by flicking the phone left and right. If you move it back and forth, the playlist will be shuffled. Cool, isn’t it? But wait… the Shake can also be used in mobile gaming. Means, you can control the game by “steering” the handset. Just like playing Cars in Wii.

As for “SensMe”, this function lets you search for music based on your mood, tempo, and style. There’ll be a unique visual that shows each of your tracks as dots in a matrix, placed along a horizontal and vertical axis according to their attributes. This way you can circle a group of tracks that match your mood to create a playlist, or simply select individual tunes as you wish. If you don’t think that’s impressive, I don’t know what else would do.

Finally, for those who need mobile internet access, enjoy the built-in support for HSDPA (3.5G) that provides up to 3.6MBps download rate on the go. Trust me, that’s FAST!
