The Upcoming HTC Iris S640 (CDMA Phone)

As i promised a few days ago to post another upcoming HTC smartphones, now i am back with Iris S640 CDMA Phone. The Iris will run Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 Standard and supported by 256MB of ROM, 64MB of RAM, and 1200 mAH battery. Featuring 2.4-inch TF LCD at 320×240 pixel resolutions, the S640 will run on 400 MHz Qualcomm MSM7500 and dual-band 800/1900 MHz CDMA 1x-EVDO Rev. A networks.
